ASSIGNMENT OF OPTION TO PURCHASE REAL PROPERTY
Pursuant to the terms of the City of Cupertino Below -Market Rate Housing
Program deed restrictions recorded _ against the real property described in
Exhibit "A", the City of Cupertino does hereby assign itsoptionto
purchase the subject property and any improvements thereon to Patricia L.
Foster, subject to any later option to purchase held by the City_ pursuant
to said deed restrictions with respect to subsequent: sales of the subject
property.
This option shall immediately lapse and immediately become null and void
if the escrow for the purchase of the real property described in, Exhibit
"A" by Patricia L. Foster is not closed 60 days after the opening of such
escrow. Escrow shall be opened upon delivery to Antoni and Marta Drudis
of this Assignment of Option to Purchase Real Property or as - soon
thereafter as possible.
This option shall immediately lapse and immediately become null and void
if, on the date the said escrow is closed, Patricia L. Foster does not

ASSIGNMENT OF OPTION -TO PURCHASE REAL PROPERTY
Pursuant to the terms of the City of Cupertino Below -Market Rate Housing Program
deed restrictions recorded against the real property described in Exhibit "A",
the City of Cupertino does hereby assign its option to purchase the subject prop-
erty and any improvements thereon to Toan Ngoc Tran and Linh Phi Luu, subject to
any later option to purchase held by the City pursuant to said deed restrictions
with respect to subsequent sales of the subject property.
This option shall immediately lapse and immediately become null and void if the
escrow for the purchase of the real property described in Exhibit "A" by Toan Ngoc
Tran and Linh Phi Luu isnot closed 60 days after the opening of such escrow.
Escrow shall be opened upon delivery to Devin and Lynne Ivestor of this Assignment
of Option to Purchase Real Property oras soon thereafter as possible.
This option shall immediately lapse and immediately become null and void if, on the
date the said escrow is closed, Toan Ngoc Tran and Linh Phi Luu do not meet the
eligibility qualifications of the City of Cupertino.

Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement dated January 7, 1981,
made by and between the City of Cupertino and C & H Partnership,
the City of Cupertino does hereby assign its option to purchase the
real property described in Exhibit "A" and any improvements thereon
to Pak Chung Chen and Yee Hing Chen, subject to any later option
to purchase held by the City pursuant to said agreement with respect to
subsequent sales of the subject property.
This option shall immediately lapseand immediately become null and
void if the escrow for the purchase of the real property described
in Exhibit "A" by Pak Chung Chen and Yee Hing Chen is not closed 10 days;
after the occurence of the later of the following events:
1. The premises described in Exhibit "A" are ready
for occupancy, or
Z. Ninety (90) days from the date the developer
notifies the City of Cupertino that the building
permits have been issued to the developer for the
development of said premises.
This option shall immediately lapse and immediately become
null and void if, on the date the escrow is closed, Pak Chung Chen
and Yee Hung Chen do not meet the eligibility qualificat4_ons of the

This option shall immediatelyy lapse and immediately become
null and void if the_ escrow for the purchase of the 'real property
described in Exhibit "A" by Trung Khac Nguyen and Tran Duong Thi is not
closed on or before the' occurrence of the later of the following
events;
1. The premises described in Exhibit "A" are ready
for occupancy, or
2. Within ninety (90) days from the date the developer
notifies the City of Cupertino that the building
permits have been issued to the developer for the
development of said premises.
This option shallimmediatelylapse and immediately become
null and void if, on the date the said escrow is closed, Trung Khac
