We have met with Travis Whitten to review the scope of services re- quired and would propose to perform the following services as out- lined below: Scope of Services 1. Prepare a topographic and utility survey along the westerly side of De Anza Boulevard for the preparation of plans of the improvements. Fee $12,500.00 2. Perform "potholing" or verification of utility depths for potential conflicts involved in street widening. Budgetted at Not to Exceed $ 2,500.00 3. Prepare plats and description for additional right of way along the west side of De Anza Boulevard including furnishing necessary title reports. Fee $ 8,000.00 4.
