STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
CITY OF CUPERTINO
PROJECT I: North side of Stevens Creek Blvd. East of Tantau Ave.
Creegan & D'Angelo to Provide:
A. Plans, specifications and estimate for 9 foot street widening including
new curb, gutter, sidewalk, drainage facilities and utility extensions.
Limits of work assumed to be the new end of return on Tantau Avenue,
new 50' radius curb return and approximately 425 feet of new curb
& gutter, sidewalk and pavement to conform to existing improvements
at the easterly city limits.
B. Legal description and plat for the right-of-way dedication/acquisition.

PROJECT II: North Side of Rodrigues Avenue East of De Anza Blvd.
Creegan & D'Angelo to Provide:
A. Plans, specifications and estimate for 4.5 foot street widening including
new curb, gutter, sidewalk, pavement and modifications to the existing
parking lot necessitated by the closing of the existing driveway. Limits
of work assumed to be the curb conform point near the mid point of
the return at De Anza Blvd., new conform section of curb return and
approximately 240 feet of new curb, gutter, sidewalk, and pavement
to conform to existing at the easterly property line of that parcel
situated at the northeast corner of De Anza Blvd. and Rodrigues
Avenue.
City to Provide:
A. As -built improvement plans
B. Record map(s), monument line stationing and/or control information.

C. Traffic signal modification plan(s).
D. Signing and striping plan(s).
PROJECT III: South Side of Stevens Creek Blvd. and West Side of Orange Avenue
Creegan & D'Angelo to Provide:
A. Plans, specifications and estimate for street improvements including
approximately 380 feet of curb, gutter, sidewalk and pavement. Limits
of work assumed to be the conform to existing improvements on Orange
Avenue, approximately 100 feet of half -street improvement on Orange
Avenue, a 30 foot radius curb return and approximately 230 feet of
curb, gutter, sidewalk and conform paving on Stevens Creek Blvd. to
a point near the end of the existing guard rail.
B. Grading, drainage and surface improvement plan for new accesses to
the existing driveways and residences between the existing cul-de-sac
bulb and Orange Avenue.
City to Provide:
A. As -built (utility drawings) plans.
B. Record map(s), monument line stationing and/or control information.
C. Signing and striping plan(s).
PROJECT IV: Stevens Creek Blvd. at Wolfe Road - Miller Avenue
Creegan & D'Angelo to Provide:
A. Plans specifications and estimates for the following items:
1. 3' Widening east side Miller Avenue. (1301)
2. 2' Widening and return south side Stevens Creek Blvd. east of
Miller Avenue (330')
3. Stevens Creek Blvd median reconstruction east of Wolfe Road

4. 14' Widening south side Stevens Creek Blvd. between Miller
Avenue and East Estates Drive (160' + returns)
5. 2' Widening south side Stevens Creek Blvd. from East Estates

RESOLUTION NO. 6693
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH CREEGAN & D'ANGELO
PROVIDING FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR VARIOUS STREET IM-
PROVEMENTS WITHIN THE CITY
WHEREAS, the City is desirous of engaging the services
of a consultant to prepare the plans and specifications for the
following street improvement projects:
PROJECT'I Widening of the north side of Stevens Creek Blvd.
from Tantau Avenue to the easterly city limits line.
PROJECT II Widening of the north side of Rodrigues Avenue from
DeAnza Blvd. to the east property line of the parcel located
at the northeast corner of Rodrigues Avenue and DeAnza Blvd.
PROJECT III Street improvements on the south side of Stevens Creek
Blvd. and the west side of Orange Avenue including approx-
imately 380 feet of curb, gutter, sidewalk, grading,
drainage and pavement.
PROJECT IV Street improvements and street widening at the intersection
of Stevens Creek blvd. and Wolfe Road - Miller Avenue.
WHEREAS, the firm of Creegan & D'Angelo is qualified
and willing to provide the necessary services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of Cupertino
and Creegan & D'Angelo outlining the terms and conditions of
the required services, has been presented to the City Council;
and said agreementhaving been approved by the Director of Public
Works and the City Attorney;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor
and the City clerk are hereby authorized to execute the agreement
herein referred to in behalf of the City of Cupertino.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Cupertino, this 21 day of October ,
1985, by the following vote:
