Approval of the Draft Minutes from the January 28, 2019 meeting Motions: Commissioner Matley motioned and Vice Chair Mahalingam seconded the motion to approve minutes from January 28, 2019. Motioned approved 3-0-2 (abstain, Dhami, Kasamsetty). ORAL COMMUNICATIONS None WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS None OLD BUSINESS None NEW BUSINESS 2. Survey on improving Council-Commission Communications and Work Program Workflow Commissioners received the presentation and survey from Interim City Manager, Timm Borden. 3. Election of Chair and Vice Chair Commissioner Chokshi motioned and Commissioner Matley seconded the motion to elect Raji Mahalingam as Commission Chair and Sudha Kasamsetty as Commission Vice Chair. Motion approved 5-0. 4. Grant Program requests Chair Mahalingam advised that she and Commissioner Chokshi would be working with staff liaison Catarina Kidd as a committee on this item.
