Reso 219928-U-80 RESOLUTION NO. 2199 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AMENDMENTS TO RESOLUTION NO. 2170 APPLICANT: Vallco Park, Ltd. (Grosvenor International) ADDRESS: P.O. Drawer V, Cupertino, California 95014 SUBMITTED: April 24, 1981 LOCATION: South side of Pruneridge Avenue approximately 500 ft. westerly of Tantau Avenue ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- All conditions as set forth in Resolution No. 2170 shall remain in effect with the exception of the following amendments. 15. The approval is based upon Exhibit A 2nd Revision of Application 28-U-80 as may be amended by additional conditions contained herein. 22. The site plan, labeled Exhibit A 2nd Revision, describes a building configuration for Parcels 1 through 4 totaling 633,872 sq. ft. This use permit limits construction to 495,500t sq. ft. based upon current General Plan land use constraints related to traffic generation. The site plan (drawing and legend) establishes the building location, parking and circulation location and number, and the maximum gross square footage of building space for each parcel.. 23. Modification of the Approved Development Plan or a Buildine Permit In the event that the applicant or subsequent property owner shall desire to make any minor change, alteration or amendment in the approved development plan or building permit, a written request and revised development plan or building permit shall be submitted to the Director of Planning and Development. If the Director of Planning and Development makes a finding that the changes are minor and do not affect the general appearance of the area or the interests of owners of property within or adjoining the development area, the Director of Planning and Development may certify the change on the revised plane If such approval is withheld, the applicant may appeal to the Planning Commission. If the changes are material, the Director of Planning and Development shall submit the change to the Planning Commission for approval. If the change is denied by the Planning Commission, the applicant may appeal to the City Council as provided in Ordinance 652 of the City of Cupertino. If the change is approved, an appeal may be made by any interested party. Further, any member of the City Council may request a hearing before the Council, said request to be made within ten (10) days from date of approval when the change has been approved by the Planning Commission. 24. Minor traffic circulation modifications shall be provided in a manner as approved by the Central Fire District and Planning Director. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of May, 1981, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the following roll call vote: .
