corrected
as described by/Exhibit A attached, the proposed
Mercedes 64-5 Revised annexation
to the City of Cupertino , Further proceed-
ings in connection with this annexation may be continued only
in compliance with the approved boundaries described in
Exhibit A.

ALL THAT CERTAIN real property situate in the County of Santa Clara,
State of California, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwest corner of Section 15, T-7S, R-2 W, M.D.
B & M, thence northerly along the westerly line of Lot 5 of above
described Section 15 to the most northerly corner of said Lot 5,
said corner also being a point on the present city limits line of
the City of Cupertino as described in description of Stevens Creek
No. g annexation to said City; thence southeasterly along said city
limits line to an angle point thereon, said angle point being the
southwesterly corner of lands conveyed to Valley Title Co. of Santa
Clara by deed recorded in Book 4471, Official Records, at page 638,
Santa Clara County records; thence from said point continuing along
said city limits line and southerly line of said lands conveyed to
Valley Title Co. southeasterly to the northeasterly corner of Lot 445
as said lot is shown on map entitled "Map of Inspiration Heights
Monta Vista" filed in Book P of Maps at page 15, Santa Clara County
Records; thence leaving said city limits line and running southerly

the centerline of Mercedes Road; thence westerly along said center-

on November 2", 1964, has now been revised a third time
by the City deleting approximately 6.5 acres from the
Inspiration Heights Subdivision. The boundaries are
definite and certain.
