DRC Reso 228ASA -2004-02 CITY OF CUPERTINO 10300 Torre Avenue Cupertino, California 95014 RESOLUTION NO. 228 OF THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO FINDING THAT THE BUILDING PLANS OF AN APPROVED MIXED USE PROJECT LOCATED AT 20128 STEVENS CREEK BOULEVARD ARE IN SUBSTANTIAL CONFORMANCE TO THE ARCHITECTURAL RENDERING OF THE PROJECT SECTION I: PROTECT DESCRIPTION Application No.: ASA -2004-02 Applicant: Pinn Brothers Construction, Inc. Location: 20128 Stevens Creek Boulevard SECTION II: FINDINGS WHEREAS, the City Council has directed the Design Review Committee to review the building plans for an approved mixed use project for its design conformance to an architectural rendering submitted at its March 1, 2005 public hearing; WHEREAS, the Design Review Committee has reviewed the site plan,. architectural elevations; general site improvement plan and construction detailing of a. driveway entry arbor and, 'compared these building plans to the architectural rendering; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That after careful consideration of maps, facts, exhibits, testimony and other evidence submitted in this matter, the Design Review Committee 'finds that the building plan designs are in substantial conformance to the submitted architectural rendering. That the sub -conclusions upon which the findings and conditions specified in this resolution are based and contained in the public hearing record concerning Application ASA -2004-02 set forth in the Minutes of the Design Review Committee meeting of, November 17, 2005, and December 15, 2005 and are incorporated by reference as though fully set forth herein.
