Gentlemen:
Following up our telephone conversation of this
morning regarding the de -annexation of a portion of your
property located in the southwesterly part of the City
of Cupertino.
I have enclosed a map showing the exact location
of the strip that we wish to de --annex. As I have mentioned,
Ward Crump, a developer, has purchased the diagonal lined
piece of property and wishes to annex it to the City of
Cupertino. In order to do this without creating, an island,
we would have to open a corridor as noted on the 205 foot
width strip, cross -thatched.
We would appreciate having a letter from you indi-
cating your willingness to have the City of Cupertino
de -annex this strip. It is very important we have your
approval as soon as possible. I personally appreciate
your cooperation in this matter.
Very truly yours,
CITY OF CUPERTINO
