1. Application. 25-U-83 - Nicholas A. Speno, et al - Informal- review to modify
CDOI existing landscape plan. The subject property is located on the southwest
corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Stern Avenue.
INFORMAL REVIEW OF USE PERMIT APPLICATIONSc
2. Application .14-U-83 Jose Lopez/Dan Dian.di -' Use permit .to co.nstruct .two
detached single-family houses. The subject property is located on the east
t side of Peninsula Boulevard approximately 150 ft. north of Mission. Way and
250 ft. south of University Way.
3. Application 25-U-83 - United Presbyterian Church. of West Valley Use permit
to add 4,900 sq. ft. to an existing 4:-,000 sq. ft. parish hall. The addition
would be devoted largely to classroom and storage uses. The existing temporary
classrooms would be removed,. The subject property is located on the northeast
J corner of Bollinger Road and Miller Avenue.

on the north side of Stevens -Creek Boulevard, approximately 300 ft. west of

and signing approval for a 4,000+ sq. ft.- addition to an existing industrial
building. The subject property is located on the northeast corner of Imperial

Requesting achitectural, site, landscaping and lighting approval for a light
manufacturing structure encompassing 115,000+ sq. ft. The subject property
