1. Application 11-U-83 Cupertino Town Center (Prometheus) - Use Permit to
construct a four-story, 160,000 sq. ft. office building. The subject.property
is located on the south side of Stevens Creek Boulevard approximately mid -block
between De Anza Boulevard and Blaney Avenue.
2. Application HC-A015.21 - Cupertino Crossroads (Mervyn°s) - Architectural
approval to modify fascia and adoption of a new sign program,' including two
sign exceptions and replacement of existing ground sign.. The subject: property
��'s located on the south side of Stevens Creek Boulevard approximately 600 ft.

The subject property is located on the west side of De Anza Boulevard approximately

5. Application 18-U-81 (Revised) - De Anza Forge (Cupertino Village) - Informal review
of modification to approved cul-de-sac paving treatment. The subject property is
located north of Freeway 280 in the southwest quadrant off Homestead Road and
De Anza Boulevard.

6. Application 3-Z-83 - City of Cupertino Rezone and prezon.e approximately 160 acres
from various zoning districts to a P (Planned Development) zone. The new zone shall
specify design standards, land use types and land use intensities. The subject
properties are located on Stevens Creek Boulevard and are generally bound by Stern
Avenue on the east and Stelling Road on the west excluding Vallco Park and,.Town

7. Application 1-GPA-80 - City of Cupertino -Review of the preliminary draft,,..bf
the. land use community character element of the General Plano The element
concentrates on design standards, land use types, land use intensities, and,
circulation policies affecting the entire community.
INFORMAL REVIEW OF USE PERMIT APPLICATIONS°
8. Application 16-U-83 - Richard Childress'(D.C.E., Inc.) "Use permit'to construct
five detached single-family homes in a P (Planned Development).zoneo The
subject property is located on the north side of Almaden Avenue approximately
100 ft. west of Orange Avenue.
9. Application 11-U-82 (Revised) - Community Housing Developers = Use permit to
construct 27 residential dwelling units. The subject property, is located approxi-
mately 150 ft. south of Stevens Creek Boulevard and 280 ft. east of 'Stelling'Road.
This proposal constitutes a revision to a previously approved use permit.
10. Application 15-U-83 - Design Analysis - Use permit to construct two office
buildings totaling 39,000 sq. ft. The subject property is located'in the
southeast quadrant of De Anza Boulevard and,Rodrigues Street. The site is
currently developed with 101,000 sq. ft. of office space.
