The Planning Director placed approved exhibits and proposed ex-
hibits in¿icating amendments on the bulletin board. The modifi-
cations rc,~~sted involves a relocation oÎ the restaurant and
first p~~$e :~er/lobby ~uildings and a redesign of the internal

requeste~ r~3t 255 rooms in the 12-floor hotel be constructed

first p~ase ~0tel complex buildings will permit a better integra-

the ce~:ra: lobby and the revamped circulation pattern will direct
vehicle ~c~e=~nt to the Îuture signalized intersection at .he
easter~ r~:r~rty line.
The Pla~~:~g Director wanted to clear up some di~~repancies in
the stall re,ort of June 24, 1971. Sta:f evaluation was based on
an eadier ex':ibit that differed ..lightly from the attached
exhibit a~~ r~0 off-street parking require~ent for the 117,000 sq.
