Councilman Frolich suggeated the developer consider some kiDd of high, sloping roof over them to cut the viev,of them from the overpass. Mr. Pat O'Connell, representative of Ditz-~rane, said a community like this is designed to provide the amenities. They ~ant safe valltways, with no feeling of spookiness for tne women and child~en 1iving in the clusters. r~eir design of the lighting acco~plishes this. Also, the homeowners _~ll have tJ pay for any repairs; this is why the light standards are so high, to minimize vandalism.
