cerns about the 172-unit cluster proposal: 3 ~ar~ing spaces per
dwelling unit, aad the Flood Control District. The street pattern

and to the hoces along the right-hand side of the property. The
parking ratio is now 3.2.

plan is sloilar to previous applications here. He offered to
explain their concept, but the City Council iadicated they were
avare of it. He said this project is different in that the units

system to separate the units. Of their 136 sales since the
Planning COCIIIission meeting in December. 52% of the people are
couples with co children, 29% are sinRle peoDle. and 18% have 30

The Director of Public ¡'¡or¡'s explained that, at the present tice,
che traffic signals are maintained under a purchase order arrange-
ment. Many r.ities have gone to a contract basis where preventive
maL.tenance is inzluded. He recommended the contract basis.
