However, I think the sq. footage allocation for retail may have been an oversight. Please upgrade it to a minimum of 600,000 sq ft ASAP. On another matter, I cannot understand why the Vice-Mayor recused herself when she has already been cleared for Vallco. This should not become a precedent! I hope to see her on the dais, speaking and voting, the next time Vallco is discussed. Vallco Shopping Mall should be revitalized as a regional shopping center as the General Plan envisions all along. Please restore the zoning at Vallco similar level as 2014, when it was purchased by Sand Hill and forced to close down. Sand Hill bought a shopping mall. It was zoned ONLY for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Anything extra is already adding to their property value. Thank you. From A Cupertino Resident.
