The City Attorney stated that a new law has been passed which makes
part-time City Attorneys eligible for ret1r~ent.
In response to ~he Dfrec~or of Administrative Services' question,
the Council stated that the con~ract for the parking lot lighting
_st go to bid.
The Director of Public Works stated ~hat if the Horse Ranch is 1nde
to be a p~~k and if there are to be bike paths and pedestrian paths,
ve viII have to get into so:e intensive review of the en~rance.
The Director of Parks and Recreation was not present to ~ke commen~
since he was at the Parks and Recreation convention in San Diego.
