Ma)'or Noel explained the purpose of this adjourned meetinl vtdch vas
the continuation of a previously adjourned eating of the City
Council held jointly vith ._ers of the Steering Coaúttee of the
Cupertino Citizens Goals eo.a1t~ee for the purpose of revi~inl
recoaœnded goals of that co.ñt~ee. The l118et1ng vea turned OWl' to
the Steering Committee OIairman, Mr. Karpen, who proceeded to 10
through the remaining goals which previously had been withdrawn for
reconsideration and possible rewording.
The specific wording of each goal and policy l1s~ed belcw is that as
jointly agreed upon by both the City Council and ~he Steering c0.-
