acquisition for two veeLs. Our City Attorney is wor~ing with the Di~trict's
Attorney on detalls of ~he easement.
The C1~y :!aMger asked :or Council participation ir. :"e Sacra::lento
meeting on April 26 and 27 of t~e League of Cali:orniõ Cities. It was
,decided ~o postpone this until April 18th, when t~e new Councilnen would
be sworn in.
The Director of ~inistrative Services stated the first draft from our
Municipal Code should be ~ere by May 15th.
The Director of Parks 2~~ Recreation, on behalf of the Co~1ss1on,
~hanked the three re~iring Council~en for their wcrL and concern Cor
the City's park prograc.
The City Attorney stated that therapy for his recently fractured arm now
includes golf.
Upon recommendation cf Councilman Irwin, it was ~cved by Councilman Stokes,
seconded by Councilman Fitzger;¡ld to authorize the City's purchase of a
methodone trea~ment boo~ for $9.50.
