Observed drilling depth, cleanliness, and setting. Torqued all KB -TZ 'h" diameter by 2" embedment to 40 psi and observed 5/8" bolt with nylon nut tighten and backed off 1/4 turn for top of column at top plate to attach plate to columns. Work observed was, to the best of Daryl's knowledge, in conformance with approved plans, specifications and applicable standards of workmanship. Laboratory test results are enclosed if testing was done during the period covered by this report.
