Mr. S1sit said that prior to the scheduled presentation there werc ~wo
other matters on which he would ~1ke to co~ment. One of these was a
claim for da:na¡;es which had be',n subndtted or. bebalf of persons by the
name of ~creing and the All American ~rkets, Inc. This clai~ was
presented tC' the City Council by the City Clerk. after wbich i c waS
~ved by C~~~cilman Irwin, seconded by Councilman Jackson, and passed
,manimously that it be referred to th~ City Attorney for comment and
