Southwest corner of Alves Drive and Saratoga - Sunnyvale Road ZONE: CG (General 'Commercial) FIRE ZONE: 2 WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the application with regard to the areas of aesthetics .and site plan., THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECO�uTENDS approval of site, architecture and un.dergrounding of utilities, subject to H Control, Standard Conditions, staff report of December 15, 1972 and as indicated on Exhibits A is t Revision, B and B-1 and 'subject to the following additional conditions 1. That the landscaping, grading, lighting and signing ,to be reviewed i at a 7 aterQ,<da to , 20 That the driveway entrance on Saratoga --Sunnyvale Road be increased from thirty (30) feet to forty (40) feet as approved by the City Engineer. - 3e That exposed aggregate be used on interior sidewalks in this development and in future develouments within the boundary of the "Saich" block. 4. That an additional planter be installed under the electrolier facing .on the .south side of Alves Drive to the west of the existing planter boxy That existing planter box to be increased from three (3) feet to five (5) feet if the staff determines . there is adequate room. The minimum dimension shall be three (3.) feet 5, That bicycle racks be installed where recommended by the, staff. 6. That a wood beam trellis is to be designed and installed on the rear of the building similar to that approved for Sambo's:e The wood trellis is to be used throughout the individual 'develor-ilients as an integrating link between buildings to tie in Lot B from Bob g s - Big Boy Restaurant where feasible. -7 That the Lucky Stores will remove existing Gemco sign facing Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road and Alves Drive prior to issuance : of a building permit for Bob's Big Boy Restaurant. 8.
