A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF TIIE CITY
OF CUPERTINO
I%IIERE AS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting approval of
site, landscaping and lighting plan itiodi.fications in connection with the .
light industrial development with exhibits regarding the property as
indicated:

14HEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the
application .with regard t_o the areas -of aesthetics' and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE I`T~ RESOLVED TILkT THE COTI-24ITTEE RECO,IUIENDS approval of site,
landscaping ar_d 1_igllting plan modifications, subject to H--Control Standard
Conditions and as indicated on Exhibits A 2nd Revision and C lst Revision
and subject to the following additional conditions:
1. That the plan modification is to include approval of lighting
of a type currently used on the site as reflected on Exhibit
A 2nd Revision.
Mlonterey.Pines. ldsted as NTo. .4 on Exhibit :C .1st Revision
show a fifteen (15) gallon tree placed on the McClellan Road
side and one (1) fifteen (15) gallon tree 'be placed on the
Bubb Road side, these being substituted for the five (5)
gallon size.
3. That plant designated No. 6 be substituted with Nandina
Domestica and with the preference of this Committee being
that the growth pattern be approximately four (4). feet in
height to provide a shield for parked cars.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City Council
and their action is required for final approval of this application.

the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
