[EEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting approval of
site, architecture, landscaping, grading and u-Aerground:ing of utilities
for an eight unit apartnierit complex With exhibits regarding the property
as indicated,

WHEREAS, thq Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the
application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CO'MiITTEE RECOi`u4EidbS approval_ of site,
architecture, landscaping, grading and unde-rgrounding of utilities, subject
to H-Control Standard Conditions and as indicated on Exhibits Al' B, B-1
and C and subject to the following additional conditions:
1. That two trees of broadleaf :variety, growing to about twenty (20)
feet, specimen size, be planted on each side of the entrance drive-
way .
2. That the trash ,collecti.ng area be relocated to provide for an
individual can storage area in each garage.
3. That the additional trees on the property line be put in as
mutually agreed to with the easterly neighbor.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the.approval of the City Council
and their action is required for final approval of this application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of February, 1973, at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of .Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote: -
