A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL' AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY
OF CUPERTINO
WHEREAS, the; applicant hassubmitted,an application requesting approval of
site, architecture, landscaping, grading and undergrounding of utilities -for
a triplex with; exhibits regarding the property as indicated:

WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the
application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS approval of site,
architecture, landscaping, grading, and undergrounding subject to H-Control
Standard Conditions and as indicated on Exhibits A, C and D and subject to
the 'following additional conditions:
1. That balcony railings be of solid material.
2. That the rear boundary of property contain a substitution of
thirteen (13) trees to be positioned the same as those on the
landscaping plans that these trees be ten (10) feet high at
time of. planting., type of tree to be .determined with .the
City staff's recommendation.
3. That relative to the front of property, place extra Star
Jasmine in -front of triangular planter on either side of
property and this be a minimum of four.extra,plantings on
each triangle, in the same planter increase planting by
approximately fifty (50) percent and two trees be added
on each side of the garage; type to be worked out with City
staff.
4° That the grading for the project ,be to the specifications of
the City engineer.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City Council
and their action is required for final approval of this application.
.PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of February, 1973, at a regular meeting'of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,. State
of California,; by the following roll call vote:
