A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY
OF CUPERTINO
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting approval of
a modification of site, architectural and conceptual grading plans in
connection with the Hilton.Hotel with exhibits regarding the property a,9
indicated:

G,IiFREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the
application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT. THE COM-1ITTEE RECOMMENDS approval of the
modification of site, architectural and conceptual grading plans, subject
to H--Control Standard Conditions and as indicated on Exhibits A, A lst Revision,
B, B-1, B-2, B-3, B-4 and Informational Items. Prior to completion of the
development plans the 'following items should be taken into consideration:
1 That special attention be given to minimize the impact of
the trucks entering and stopping at the service area
facing Wolfe Road.
20 That investigation be_made .as to the possible deflection of
wind currents off of the tower buildings around the pool area.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City Council
and -their action. is required for final approval of -this application.
