A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY
OF CUPERTINO
WHEREAS,. the applicant has submitted an application requesting approval of
site., architecture,'landscaping and grading for ten duplexes with exhibits
regarding the property as indicated:
PROPERTY OWNER: Dividend Industries, Inc.

ADDRESS: 2160 Forest Avenue, San Jose, California
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Westerly of and adjacent to Foothill Boulevard between
Voss Avenue and Alcalde Road
ZONE: R2-4.25
FIRE ZONE: 3
WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the
application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT TIDE COIR1 ,LITTEE RECO1M•iENMS approval of site,
architecture, landscaping and grading subject to H-Control Standard Conditions
and as indicated on Exhibits A, B, B-1, B-2, B-3, B-4, C, C•-1, C•-2 and D and
subject to the following additional conditions
1< That the fence on Foothill Boulevard be no higher .than seven (7).
feet from the sidewalk elevation,
2. That the north boundary oleanders remain intact and that any damage -
done by. development is to be repaired,
3. That the cedar trees, as described on Exhibit D,'are to remain.and
tree wells should be used.if the trees are located on an earth
filled slope
4, That the one gallon plants on.'Foothill Boulevard be changed to five
gallon plants, making all planting on Foothill Boulevard a
minimum of five .gallon.
5. That two (2).15- allon evergreen trees be positioned on. the northerly

by the City staff.
6a That the irrigation For the landscaped strip along Foothill
Boulevard be connected with the sprinkler system of the
individual units in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer.
7. That the Committee would like to voice their preference for a
footpath from the units fronting on Foothill. Boulevard to
Foothill Boulevard.
