A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY
OF CUPERTINC
,;HEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting exception to
the Sign Ordinance to allow a shopping center sign in addition to a ground
sign for a propose-d neighborhood shopping center with exhibits regarding the
property as indicated:

T--tHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee hasreviewedthe
application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COM1ITTEE RECOMIMENDS approval of the
exception to the Sign Ordinance subject to H-Control Standard Conditions
and as indicated on Exhibits F;lst Revision and F-1 and subject to the
following additional conditions:
1. That the sign on Saratoga --Sunnyvale Road shall be 14' x 10z'
with the Ralph's Market and Sav-on Drugstore signs in
proportion to these overall outlines. The McClellan Square
identification to remain 2 ft.'highe
2. That any sign placed along McClellan Road be a monument type
approximately three (3) ft. high -to say -McClellan Square.
Length to be approved by the staff.
All conditions outlined herein. are subject to the approval of the City, Council
and 'their 'action is required for final approval of this application.
