WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting approval of site
modification, grading and landscaping in connection with the Hilton Hotel with
exhibits regarding the property as indicated;

ITHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the
application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COI�D�IITTEE RECOMMENDS approval of site '.
modification, grading and landscaping subject to H-Control Standard Conditions
and as indicated on Exhibits A 2nd Revision; A-1, lst Revision A-2, lst Revisions
B 2nd Revision; B-1, lst Revision B-2, lst Revision; B-3, lst Revision B-4, lst
Revision; C; C-1; D; D-1 and subject to the following additional conditions:

That a plan illustrating the boiler room and cooling tower be presented
to the City Council indicating that.the screening on these auxiliary
res are made of the same material -as that of the elevator towers.

2° -That the landscaping on Wolfe Road be designed in anticipation of any
future widening of the street.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City Council
and thei.r action is required for final approval of this application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 1973, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
