WHEREAS, the applicant has s-ubmitted an application requesting approval of
landscaping, grading, lighting and signs for the existing Bank of America
building with exhibits regarding -the property as indicated -

VHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the
application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plans
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COM,1ITTEE RECO1124ENDS approval of landscaping
grading and lighting subject to H-Control Standard Conditions and as indicated ,
on Exhibits- C, E and F and subject to the following additional conditions
1.
That the signing be continued to a later date.

That the applicant shall install the right travel lane denoted
within. -the adjacent easterly easement. and shall provide a pre--
formance bond to guarantee completion of one --half of the
construction and landscaping of the median -strip within.the
northerly and easterly roadway easements.

That the applicant shall additionally fully improve the Stevens
Creek Boulevard entrance to the easterly easement including
complete landscaping of the entrance median-

That an irrigation system be installed at this time.in the small
median strip on the easterly easement of the site to ensure future.

All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City Council
