THEREFORE, BE .IT RESOLVED THAT THE CO UvITTTEE RECO?_I�iENDS approval of site and
architecture subject to II -Control Standard Conditions and as indicated on
Exhibits A lst Revision and B and subject to the following additional conditions
1. That the west elevation of the proposed building be modified
architecturally in the event that the series of buildings along
that row is not continued and that the modification be reviewed
by the Architectural and Site Approval Committee.
2. That ten (10) planter boxes be placed along the westerly wall of
the proposed building containing a type of evergreen plant similar_
to Hollywood Juniper.
3e That the additional planter in the center of the proposed parking
areas contain an evergreen, type of 'tree.
4. That when the -rest of the center develops, the applicant is to
bring in full landscaping plans for the parking area as well as
for the frontage along Homestead Road.
5. That lighting, grading and the extension of the landscaping and
parking be included in the approval based on the continuation of
,fa the parking lot plans as approved for the PW Market and Payless.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City Council
and their action is required for filial approval of` this application.
