A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY.
OF CUPERTINO
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting approval of site,
architecture, landscaping and grading for a.two-story industrial/office building
with exhibits regarding the property as indicated:
PROPERTY OWNER: Chris Marchese
APPLICANT: The Westfield. Company
ADDRESS: 3445 Kifer Road, Santa Clara,.California 95051
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Southwest corner of Prunera-:dge Avenue and Tantau Avenue
ZONE: P (Planned Development Faith -Light Industrial Intent)
FIRE ZONE: 2
WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the
application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED TILkT TIE COMMITTEE RECO�..RIENDS approval of site,
architecture, landscaping and grading subject to Ii-Control Standard Conditions
and as indicated on Exhibits A, B, B-1, C and D and subject to the following
additional conditions:
1. That the trash enclosure be finished in the same material as
that of the building.
2. That two (2) Mayten trees be added to the eastern elevation
similar to those on the western elevation of the building
3." That Sequoia trees be added to the western perimeter of the
property similar to the I.,S.S. building.to.the south.
4. That pittosporum type foliage be planted as additionalscreening
around the trash enclosure to the south. `
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City Council
and their action is required for final. approval of this application..

Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
