WHEREAS., the applicant has submitted an application reRuesting approval of
landscaping for eleven duplexes with exUbits regarding the property as
indicated.

WHEREAS ➢ the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the
application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COI1ITTEE RECOMMENDS approval of landscaping
subject to H-Control Standard Conditions and as indicated on Exhibits C, C-2,
C-3 and Exhibit 1 - Alternative D`and subject to the following additional
conditions:
to That the. Oleanders be replaced with suitable shrubs of non®
poisonous variety, i.e. Xylosma°
.2° That landscaping consisting of approximately twelve Monterey Pines
and six shrubs shall: be installed by the developer on.State Right
of -Way adjacent to the sound wall The specific variety of shrubs
and planting locations shall be approved by the Landscape Architect
from the State Department of Transportation.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City Council
and their action.is required for final approval of this application
