A RESOLUTION OF. THE. ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL CO21^YITTEE OF THE CITY
OF CUPERTINO
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting approval of
site, landscaping, grading and lighting for the expansion of the off-street
parking lot with exhibits regarding the property as indicated,

WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee hasreviewed the .
application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS approval of site,
Landscaping, grading and lighting subject to H-Control StandardConditions
and as indicated on Exhibits C and D and subject to the following additional
conditions,
to That the lighting be.subject to review by the City in the event
that a problem is generated by the lights,
20 That the fixture designated 75 ft. from south boundary line be
moved to a distance of approximately 85 ft.
3. That one 15-gallon tree (evergreen Ash or something similar) be
added to the planter area adjacent to the entrance of the `parking
lob: on Tantau Avenues
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of.the`City Council
