The Committee Members overall concluded that the proposal looks good and requested the applicant -to return to the meeting of May 13, 1985 to describe the lattice work, materials and landscaping. Staff explained that the applicant's for the 7-11 building at Bubb and McClellan Road submitted building plans with a parapet wall raised approximately 2 ft. in response to fire codes. The Committee Members indicated that they felt the change. was significant and not desirable and that it was not a minor modification.
