A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF QUITCLAIM DEED OF VACATED PROPERTY
AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF MANN DRIVE AND STEVENS CREEK
BOULEVARD TO ADJACENT PROPERTY -OWNERS
WHEREAS, the City Council by Resolution No. 5437 adopted on
September, 1980, vacated a portion of Mann Drive in conformance with
the general plan; 'and
WHEREAS, it is in order that the vacated right-of-way revert to
the adjacent property owners;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that portion of .Mann Drive at
the northwest corner of Mann Drive EInd Stevens Creek Boulevard and as .
more particularly described in the attached Exhibits A and B to
conveyed to Paul Wachter and Dorothy Wachter, his wife, as joint
tenants as to an undivided 45% inter.I; Young Shik Kim and Chung Nan
Kim, his wife as joint tenants as to an undivided 45% interest;
Cahen-Mindell & Dougherty, Inc. , a California corporation as to an
undivided 10% interest.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk are
