The alternatives in this case would be to make auto repair in e CG :one allowable or rezone the property light industrial which would allow this use. Be said Sears auto repair is operating und~r use Ipergit in a PD zone. Cecco auto repa~r is operating under a use ;permit in a CG zone. Councilman Jackson asked the City Attorney . ito address the state~nt made that had it not been misrepresented \oy City Hall, they would not have requested annexation. Councilman Meyers vas disturbed that business licenses have been 'issued here for several years.
