I. The minutes of the adjourned regular meeting of Pebruary 7, 1974 were
continued to the next regular _ting of the City Council due to the lack
of a quorum of those who had been in attendance at the adjourned meeting.
The minutes of the regular _ting of Pebruary 4, 1974 were not available
and likewise were DOt approved.
The minutes of the adjourned regular meetings of October 17, 16 and 12, 1973
were approved as amended.
2. The recollllllendation by the Si.erra Club that the Environmental Impact Report
being prepared for Vallco Park include a section on ~ss transit was referred
to the Mayor for reply.

to act as advisors to such a group as may be created by the Hiðpeninsula
Regional Park District.

such a plan in abeyance pending the completion of an agricultural study cur-
rently under way.
