crossing guard here. She said there is a fair amount of disrelard of

Coucc. Meyers asked if there has been an analysis of a trade-off
between the lake and a green area. sinc:e c:osts have gone up. The
Director of Public: WOrks said that during discussions on the lake
it was learned that it c:osts $300 per month whereas it would cost
$1000 per ac:re per year for turf.
