OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO recommending approval of
site, architecture, landscaping and grading for a
five -unit complex as indicated on Exhibits A lst
Revision, A-1, B, C lst Revision -and D lst Revision.

ADDRESS: 1147 Glenmeadow Court, San Jose, California 95125
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: South side of Oasis Court approximately 125 feet
west of the intersection of Alpine Drive.
ZONE: R3-2.2 Multiple family, high density residential, 2,200 sq. ft. per
dwelling unit.
Conditions:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. That prior to the issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall
obtain the necessary easement agreement from the adjoining property
to the north as indicated on Exhibit A lst Revision in order to
provide the necessary turn around space for the parking area.
9. That the lease agreement for Units 4 and 5 clearly state that automobiles
are not to be parked in the driveway area immediately in front of the
garage.
10. That automatic garage door openers be provided on all units to help
minimize the potential for automobile blockage of the driveway.
11. That the fence on the west property line be no higher than six (6) feet.
12. That the turn around area be appropriately marked to discourage vehicular
parking.
13. That Italian Cypress and Hollywood Juniper be added along the south
property line for additional screening from the adjoining residences.
14. That prior to an issuance of a building permit, an agreement be
submitted to the Planning Department between the owner and the adjacent
property owner to the north stating who will provide and maintain the
grading, fence and landscaping on the easement shown on Exhibit A lst
Revision.
15. That Italian Cypress be planted on the north boundary of the driveway.
