PROPERTY OWNER: Robert Saich, et al APPLICANT: De Anza Racquet Club ADDRESS: 10054 South Highway-9, Cupertino, California 95014 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northwest corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Stelling Road ZONE: P (Planned Development with General Commercial Intent) Conditions: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions. 8. The shrubbery on the Stevens Creek Boulevard and Stelling Road frontage should cover as much of the 12 ft. fence as possible. Therefore, the Raphiolepis Indica is to be changed to -a taller growing variety and the plants are to be,placed higher on the mound. 9. The Tobira Variegata is to be changed to the regular Tobira. 10. Taller -growing plants are to be substituted for the Raphiolepis around the internal perimeters of the tennis courts. 11. That there be a -transition of Pines along the Stelling Road frontage to more closely integrate with the Village Green landscaping scheme. 12. Clumps of Liquidambar are to be added to the Stelling Road frontage in a minimum of two places. 13. All one -gallon shrubs on the frontages are to be changed to five -gallon as per the landscaping guidelines. 14. That all conditions are to be met to the satisfaction of the City staff.
