OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO recommending approval of
site, architecture, landscaping and grading for
four duplexes as indicated on Exhibits A, B and B--�1.

Conditions:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. That a report shall be prepared by an acoustical engineer describing
the necessary methods to meet the conditions of Title 25, Article 4
of Housing Law and Earthquake Protection, Section T25-IOR2, In the
event that an acoustical wall is necessary, the applicant shall submit
the wall design to the staff for approval.
9. That the Public Works Department is to closely review the location of
driveways for Units l and 3, as marked on the plan, with the possibility
of combining driveways into one curb cut.
10. That the Public Works Department is to review the drainage to ensure that.
it meets requirements..
11. That different shades of earth tones are to be used on each unit subject
to approval of staff.

Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
