Conditions:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. That the permit is for a period of 6 months. If an extension is
requested, the owner must seek approval from the Architectural and
Site Approval Committee.
9. That the sign letters are to be reduced to 12 inches maximum.
10. That the applicant consider adding a directional arrow indicating the
direction of the site.
11. That the part of the sign. announcing "coming soon" be deleted when.
the business office is open.
