OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO recommending approval of
a sign plan for a commercial development as
indicated on Exhibit F-1 2nd Revision.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: East Side of Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road approximately
130 ft. south of Silverado Avenue
ZONE: CG (General Commercial)
Conditions:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. The length of a tenant sign shall not exceed 70% of the shops frontage.
9. All signs.shall be composed of internally illuminated individual mounted
letters of plexiglass material.
10. No sign letter shall exceed 24 inches in height.
.11. All signs shall.be mounted on the fascia of the building consistent with
the method shown on Exhibit F-1 2n.d Revision.
12. That the colors for all future signs be reviewed by staff with the stipulation
that if any signs are questionable they may be brought to the Committee for
a final determination.
13. That a second sign be allowed for the corner tenant closest to Saratoga
Sunnyvale.Road providing that the space is not occupied by more than one
tenant.
