application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE C01MITT•EE RECO'.,Z1ENDS approval of a
wall sign, sul)ject to the H-Control Standard Condition and as indicated
on Exhibit A and subject to the following conditions:
1. That the colors of the sign be blue background and white letters
on the top.portion and with a white background with blueletters
on'the lower portion. This can be reversed as long as the color.
scheme remains the same (blue and white)
2. That at the date of erection of said sign the applicant must
re;uove existing pole sign.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City
Council and their action is required for final approval of this application.
Ask PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of January, 1972, at a regular meeting
of the Architectural and Site Approval Co:rmittee of the City of.Cupertno,
