A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE
CITY OF CUPERTINO
To clarify Section 6.041 of the Sigh Ordinance as follows-
1. That linear is to be interpreted as a straight line (one dimension)
2. That on corner lots at least one of the frontages have the required
210 ft. distance
3. That the sign location, on the property is subject to City approvals
