WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting approval of
site, architecture and landscaping of a six -unit apartment complex with
exhibits regarding the property as indicated° "

application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS approval of the site,
architecture anal landscaping, subject to-H-Control Standard Conditions and as
indicated on Exhibits A, B, B-1 and C and •subject to the f ollotaing additional
conditions.
1. That,the retaining wall s"Down alor_g northerly boundary be deleted
and the transition between_ this and adjacent lot be achieved by .
grading.
2. That the:six (6) open parking stalls be divided into two groups of
three with a minimum six (6) fo.o.t planting strip between the two
groups of three.
