A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY
OF CUPERTINO
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting approval of
site, architecture and undergrounding of utilities for a.15-unit residential,
single-family, cluster development with exhibits regarding the property as
indicated:

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT'THE COMMITTEE "RECOMMENDS approval of site,
architecture and'undergrounding of utilities, subject to H-Control Standard
Conditions, and as indicated on Exhibits A, B, B-1,.B-2 and B-3, with the
provision that the applicant will return to the Committee for approval of
landscaping and lighting at the next scheduled meeting:
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City
Council and their action_ is required for final approval of this application.
