THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS approval of site,
archi_tecture;, lighting and landscaping, subject to H-Control Standard Conditions
and as indicated on Exhibits A,,B, B-1, C and.D and subject to the following
additional 'conditions
