ARCH ITE MURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting approval of architecture and signing for a commercial building with exhibits regarding the property as indicated: PROPERTY OWNER: Rancho De Anza - Falk Properties A2PLICL\,T:, Any Mountain;- Ltd. ADDRESS;. 20630 Valley Green Drive, Cupertino,- California 95014 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Corner of Greenleaf Drive and Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road in the Rancho De Anza Shopping Center ZONE: CG FIRE ZONE. 2 WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOTMENDS approval of the sign plan, subject to H-Control Standard Conditions and as indicated on Exhibits A, A-1 and Band subject to the following additional conditions: CJ to That the sign reading "Skiing Backpacking Tennis" be limited to sixteen (16) inches in height and not to exceed thirty (30) feet in length. The color scheme to be white background with violet letters. 2. That the "Ski Any Mountain" sign to be, the same color scheme, two (2) feet high and twenty (20) feet long. Also stated, was the architecture portion of the application to be continued. to the next regularly scheduled meeting. All conditions outlined herein are subject to -the approval of the City Council and their action is required for final approval of this application.
