WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting approval
ofsite, grading, architecture -and landscaping for addition to existing
building with exhibits regarding the property as indicated. -

THEREFORE, BE IT �ESOLVED-THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS approval of site,
grading, architecture and landscaping,: subject.to.H-Control Standard Conditions,
H-Control Resolution No.-43, Planning Commission Resolution No. 1107 and as
indicated on Exhibits A, B and C and subject to the following additional condition.
1. That the existing trash enclosure shall be reconstructed.,
All conditions outlined. herein are subject to the approval of the City
