WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting approval of
site, architecture, landscaping grading and un.dexgrounding of utilities
for eleven duplex units with exhibits regarding the property pis indicated.* j

WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval CoiimUttee has reviewed the
appl-icatioa_with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site elan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CO-MMTEE REC012VIENt15 approval of the
site, architecture, landscaping, grading and undergrounding of 7��t_Llities
subject to H--Control Standard Conditions and as indicated on Exhibits A Revised,
A 1 Revised, A•-.2., B Revised, B-1 Revised, B° 2 Revised, Bm3 Revised, C Revised,
C--1 Revised, C--2 Revised, D, D-1, D-2, E and F and subject to the following
additional conditions.
1. That the problem involving rear yard setback regulations for
Lots 4 and 7 can be resolved by either of two alternatives:
(1) That the buildings be shortened or (2) That the shorter
buildings proposed on Lots 3 and 8 be switched to Lots 4 and. 7
and that the buildings can Lots 4 and 7 be switched to Lots
and 8. The Planning. Director shall have the autliority to make
.the final determination.
2, That the masonry fence on the westerly boundary of the
development be changed to a wood fence comparable with the
wood fence on the easterly boundary of the development along
qW Foothill Boulevard.
3. That a tiro -year ma-Mtenan.ce bond -hall be submitted to the City
to insure maintenance of Public la adscaped areas on Foothill.
Boulevard.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City4
Council and their action is required for final_ approval of this application.
